The annual conference and mid-term CME are hosted in rotation by member institutions across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
A department wishing to host a society programme may write to the secretariat with a proposal — proposed dates, venue, academic theme and the organising faculty. Proposals are placed before the governing body.
